Refund Policy

At Acting With Amber, we are committed to providing high-quality training, coaching, and educational resources for actors. Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, the following refund terms apply.

 

By purchasing any program, course, coaching session, or digital product, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

Digital Courses & Programs

​

Because digital courses and materials are delivered immediately upon purchase, all course sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific program sales page.

​

If a specific program includes a refund or alignment guarantee, the terms of that guarantee will be clearly stated at checkout and will override this general policy.

 

Access to course materials may be revoked if a refund is granted under a stated program guarantee.

​

Coaching Sessions

​

All private coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.

 

However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
 

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

​

This policy protects the reserved time and availability of the coach.

​

Payment Plans

 

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

 

Payment plans are not subscription services and cannot be canceled to avoid remaining payments.

 

Failure to complete payments may result in:

• removal from programs
• revoked course access
• collections action if necessary

 

Digital Products & Downloads

​

All digital downloads, worksheets, templates, and resources are non-refundable due to instant access.

​

Exceptional Circumstances

​

Refund requests due to extraordinary situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

 

Chargebacks

 

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in:

​

• permanent removal from programs
• revoked access to materials
• restriction from future enrollment

 

We are committed to resolving concerns directly.
